摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤内科护士管理中人文关怀同质化管理的应用效果。方法选取2021年7—12月衡阳市中医医院肿瘤内科工作的30名护士为研究对象,在肿瘤内科护士管理中应用人文关怀同质化管理,比较实施前后护士的综合素质、护理质量与工作满意度。结果实施后护士的专业实践能力评分、临床综合能力评分与工作满意度均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后患者对护理工作的满意度高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤内科护士管理中人文关怀同质化管理的实施,可提升护士的综合素质,改善其工作态度,并提高其对管理工作的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care homogenization management in the management of nurses in medical oncology department.Methods Thirty nurses working in the Department of Medical Oncology of Hengyang TCM Hospital from July to December 2021 were selected as the research object.Humanistic care homogenization management was applied in the management of nurses in the Department of Internal Oncology.The overall quality,nursing quality and job satisfaction of nurses before and after implementation were compared.Results The professional practice ability score,comprehensive clinical ability score and job satisfaction of nurses after implementation were higher than those before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients'satisfaction with nursing work after implementation was higher than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humanistic care homogeneous management in the management of nurses in medical oncology can improve the comprehensive quality of nurses,make their working attitude improve,and improve their satisfaction with the management.
