摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈癌子宫根治术后患者疾病不确定感与社会支持的相关性。方法采用一般资料调查表、疾病不确定感量表、中文版医疗社会支持量表对2021年7月至2022年1月重庆市某三级甲等综合性医院收治的50例宫颈癌子宫根治术后患者进行问卷调查。分析患者疾病不确定感与社会支持的相关性。结果50例宫颈癌子宫根治术后患者疾病不确定感呈中等水平,社会支持水平中的实际性支持维度、社会互动性合作维度与疾病不确定感中的信息缺乏性维度呈正相关(P<0.05),讯息及情绪性支持维度与疾病不确定感总分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌子宫根治术后患者疾病不确定感与社会支持具有相关性,医务人员应为患者提供健康教育、心理护理等积极的针对性护理措施,以降低疾病不确定感,促进患者身心康复。Objective To investigate the correlation between disease uncertainty and social support in patients with cervical cancer after radical hysterectomy.Methods A total of 50 patients with cervical cancer after radical hysterectomy in a tertiary general hospital in Chongqing from July 2021 to January,2022 were investigated by the General Data Questionnaire,the Disease Uncertainty Scale,and the Chinese version of the Medical Outcomes Study Social Support Survey.The correlation between patients′disease uncertainty and social support was analyzed.Results The degree of disease uncertainty in 50 patients with cervical cancer after radical hysterectomy was moderate,and the actual support dimension,social interaction and cooperation dimension in social support level were positively correlated with the information deficiency dimension in disease uncertainty(P<0.05),and the information and emotional support dimensions were positively correlated with the total disease uncertainty(P<0.05).Conclusion The disease uncertainty of patients with cervical cancer after radical hysterectomy is related to social support.The medical staff should provide patients with health education,psychological care and other positive targeted nursing measures to reduce the disease uncertainty and promote the physical and mental recovery of patients.
