摘　　要：为探索ZJ17卷烟机重点机械参数对细支卷烟质量的影响,通过单因子和全因子试验设计,分析了桨叶辊偏移量、吸丝导轨宽度、烟舌入口高度等不同机械参数对卷烟过程消耗和物理指标的影响。结果表明:(1)桨叶辊偏移量为5 mm时,综合剔除率相对较低,物理指标相对更稳定。(2)吸丝导轨左、右宽度分别调整为6.8、7.2 mm时,综合剔除率相对较低,物理指标相对更稳定。(3)烟舌入口高度、烟舌出口高度、铲丝刀出口高度分别调整为6.0、4.2、5.8 mm时,综合剔除率相对较低,物理指标相对更为稳定。In order to explore the influence of key mechanical parameters of ZJ17 cigarette machine on the quality of slim cigarettes,single-factor and full-factor experimental designs were adopted to analyze the effects of different offsets of blade roll,widths of suction guide and heights of cigarette tongue on the physical index and the amount of cigarette rejected.The results show that:(1)when the offset of impeller rolls is 5 mm,the comprehensive rejection rate is relatively low and the physical index is relatively stable;(2)when the left and right widths of wire-suction are respectively adjusted at 6.8 and 7.2 mm,the overall rejection rate is relatively low and the physical index is relatively stable;(3)when the height of cigarette tongue entrance,cigarette tongue exit and spatula blade exit are respectively adjusted at 6.0,4.2,5.8 mm,the comprehensive rejection rate is relatively low and the physical index is relatively stable.
