摘　　要：专科类院校口腔医学专业毕业生数量呈持续性增加,教育工作者需以就业为导向开展教育教学活动,提升专科类院校口腔医学专业毕业生的就业率和就业质量。学校为基层医疗市场培养岗位胜任能力强的口腔医师,促进口腔医学专科层次人才的可持续发展,早已不仅仅是理论知识与专业实践技能的培养,更多的是要注重其思想品质和道德素养方面的增强,这就需要教师在教学的过程中将思政元素润物细无声地融合于专业课程中,潜移默化地加强了学生人文素养的培养。安徽医学高等专科学校口腔医学院教师进一步凝练口腔专业课程中的思政元素,提升口腔医学专科学生学习的能力、科学探索的精神和精益求精的工匠精神,激发学生在工作中的创新意识;在实践过程中加强口腔医学生的爱伤意识、同理心,培养学生的医德。通过口腔专业课中课程思政元素的探索和实践,提升了学校培养的口腔医学生的职业素养,为社会培养更符合职业岗位需求的复合型口腔医学专科人才。The number of stomatology graduates in junior colleges has been increasing continuously.Educators need to carry out employment-oriented education and teaching activities to improve the employment rate and employment quality of stomatology graduates in junior colleges.The school trains competent stomatologists for the primary medical market and promotes the sustainable development of stomatology professionals.It is not only the cultivation of theoretical knowledge and professional practical skills,but also the enhancement of their ideological quality and moral literacy,which requires teachers to integrate ideological and political elements into professional courses in the process of teaching,thus enhancing the cultivation of students'humanistic quality imperceptibly.The teachers of the School of Stomatology of Anhui Medical College further condensed the ideological and political elements in the courses of stomatology,improved the students'learning ability,the spirit of scientific exploration and the spirit of craftsmanship of excellence,and stimulated the students'consciousness of innovation in work.In the course of practice,the students'consciousness of love and injury and empathy should be strengthened to cultivate their medical ethics.Through the exploration and practice of ideological and political elements in stomatology courses,the professional quality of stomatology students trained by the school has been improved,and compound stomatology professionals more in line with the needs of vocational positions have been cultivated for the society.
