摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下全子宫与双附件切除术对早期子宫内膜癌患者氧化应激反应的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月于蚌埠医学院第一附属医院收治的早期子宫内膜癌88例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(44例)和对照组(44例)。对照组采用广泛性子宫切除术治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜下全子宫加双附件切除术治疗。比较两组患者的氧化应激反应及并发症发生情况。结果两组患者术前的血清丙二醇(MDA)、肌红蛋白(MYO)、晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)、总抗氧化态(TAS)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者术后MDA、MYO、AOPP水平高于本组术前,TAS水平低于本组术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后的MDA、MYO、AOPP水平低于对照组,TAS水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期子宫内膜癌患者给予腹腔镜下全子宫加双附件切除术治疗,能够减少并发症,对氧化应激反应的影响较小。Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic total hysterectomy and double adnexectomy on oxidative stress in patients with early endometrial cancer.Methods A total of 88 patients with early endometrial cancer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(44 cases)and control group(44 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with extensive hysterectomy,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic total hysterectomy plus double adnexectomy.The oxidative stress reaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistical significance in preoperative serum levels of propylene glycol(MDA),myoglobin(MYO),late oxidized protein product(AOPP)and total antioxidant state(TAS)between two groups(P>0.05).Postoperative MDA,MYO and AOPP levels in two groups were higher than those before surgery,while TAS levels were lower than those before surgery,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of MDA,MYO and AOPP in observation group were lower than those in control group,while TAS levels were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic total hysterectomy plus bilateral adnexectomy in patients with early endometrial cancer can reduce complications and have little effect on oxidative stress response.
