摘　　要：目的探讨胸腔镜下微创手术对纵隔肿瘤的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2016年9月至2021年9月于莆田学院附属医院行手术切除的100例纵隔肿瘤患者的临床资料,按手术方式分为开胸手术组(50例)与胸腔镜手术组(50例)。开胸手术组行开胸手术切除,胸腔镜手术组行胸腔镜下微创手术切除,比较两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量及术后并发症发生情况。结果胸腔镜手术组的手术时间、住院时间短于开胸手术组,且术中出血量少于开胸手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胸腔镜手术组的术后并发症总发生率为4.00%,低于开胸手术组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对纵隔肿瘤患者进行胸腔镜下微创手术的治疗效果显著,可有效预防术后血栓的形成。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive thoracoscopic surgery on mediastinal tumors.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 100 patients with mediastinal tumor who underwent surgical resection in the Affiliated Hospital of Putian College from September 2016 to September 2021.The patients were divided into thoracotomy group(50 cases)and thoracoscopic surgery group(50 cases)according to the surgical methods.Thoracotomy was performed in the thoracotomy group,and thoracoscopic minimally invasive surgery was performed in the thoracoscopic surgery group.The operation time,hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operative time and hospital stay of thoracoscopic surgery group were shorter than those of thoracoscopic surgery group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of thoracoscopic surgery group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in thoracoscopic surgery group was 4.00%,which was lower than that in thoracoscopic surgery group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thoracoscopic minimally invasive surgery for patients with mediastinal tumors has a significant therapeutic effect,and can effectively prevent postoperative thrombosis.
