摘 要:围绕钢包底吹氩管道自动对接装置在炼钢生产中的比较优势,对比分析了目前国内钢厂使用的三种钢包底吹氩管道自动对接装置的结构/工艺特点,并结合实践重点阐述了两种平面密封装置基本功能特征的差异。基于冶金设备技术层面的综合考虑认为,该类装置系统、技术的合理选用与正确运用对冶金质量与成本控制、炉机匹配、生产作业率提高及区域作业环境改善等具有积极的现实意义。Based on the comparative advantages of the automatic docking device in steel-making production, the structure/process characteristics of the three kinds of automatic docking devices for the bottom blowing argon pipe used in domestic steel mills are compared and analyzed, and the differences between the basic functional characteristics of the two kinds of plane sealing devices are expounded in practice. Based on the comprehensive consideration of metallurgical equipment technology, it is believed that the reasonable selection and correct application of such device system and technology have positive practical significance for metallurgical quality and cost control, converter-ccm matching, production rate improvement and regional operation environment improvement.
