摘 要:随着新文科建设进程的不断推进,传统法学教育向新文科法学教育的转型升级迫在眉睫。瞬息万变的国际局势,高速发展的社会情势,艰难的就业形势,无一不是卓越法治人才培养路上的绊脚石。铺就一条卓越法治人才培养模式的创新之路,需要教育者充分了解新文科“战略性、发展性、创新性、融合性”四个特性,挖掘法学教育实践潜在的风险,积极应对层出不穷的挑战。具体而言,要求教育者从战略创新、主体创新、技术创新、素质创新等维度出发,完成对传统法治人才培养模式的转型和升级。With the continued advancement of the construction of new liberal arts,the transformation and upgrading of traditional legal education into new liberal arts legal education are imminent.The changeable international situation,the high-speed developing society and the employment dilemmas are all stumbling blocks for cultivating outstanding legal talents.Paving a path of innovation in the training model of outstanding legal talents requires educators to fully comprehend the four characteristics of the new liberal arts,namely“strategy,development,innovation and integration”,excavate the potential risks of legal education,and actively respond to the consecutive challenges.Specifically,the educators are required to start from the innovation of strategy,subjectivity,technology,qualities and the like,so as to accomplish the transformation and upgrading of the training mode of traditional legal talents.
