摘  要:作为本科层次职业教育办学形式,职业技术大学高质量发展面临的首要挑战即为学科建设。相比研究型高校,职业技术大学学科建设更加强调问题导向,定位应有别于以知识分化为基础的传统学科,要抓住交叉学科门类增设契机,紧扣复合型高层次技术技能人才培养需求,探索职业技术大学交叉学科建设方向与路径,并通过制度化建设取得合法性地位。为此,一方面,要从宏观层面生成区域、中观层面生成模型、微观层面生成机制出发,系统探究职业技术大学交叉学科的生成机理;另一方面,要以职业技术大学交叉学科专业一体化建设为载体,完成内在的组织建制,还要以职业技术大学交叉学科学术共同体打造为重点,完成外在的组织建制。As a form of vocational education at the undergraduate level,the primary challenge facing the high-quality development of vocational and technical universities is discipline construction. Compared with research-oriented universities,the discipline construction of vocational and technical universities emphasizes more on problem orientation,and its positioning should be different from the traditional disciplines based on knowledge differentiation. It is necessary to seize the opportunity to add interdisciplinary categories,closely follow the training needs of compound high-level technical talents,explore the direction and path of interdisciplinary construction of vocational and technical universities,and obtain legitimacy through institutionalization.Therefore,on the one hand,we should systematically explore the formation mechanism of the interdisciplinary of vocational and technical universities from the macro level generation region,the meso level generation model,and the micro level generation mechanism. On the other hand,it is necessary to complete the internal organizational system construction with the integrated construction of cross discipline and specialty of vocational and technical universities as the carrier,and to complete the external organizational system construction with the focus on the building of the cross discipline academic community of vocational and technical universities.
