摘　　要：文章阐述了农艺与种业专业学位研究生校企联合培养模式在种业领域高素质复合型创新人才培养中的重要意义,以及在研究生端正学习态度、提高创新能力、促进全面协调发展、提高论文质量等方面的作用。This paper expounds the significance of the university-enterprise joint training mode for postgraduates with professional degree in agronomy and seed industry in the cultivation of high-quality interdisciplinary innovative talents in the field of seed industry, and its role in correcting postgraduates’ learning attitude, improving their innovation ability, promoting their comprehensive and coordinated development, and improving the quality of their papers.
