摘　　要：高校图书馆作为教育和信息服务的职能部门,在学校落实“三全育人”方面应做到同步共频、认真对标,创新服务模式,营造人人育人、事事育人、时时育人的工作氛围。在“三全育人”理念的指导下,高校图书馆应该将立德树人作为服务育人的根本遵循,通过“四个维度”做好“五个引路人”,探索以人为本服务工作的创新路径。As a functional department of education and information services,the library of a university should work together with the university in implementing the reform of“three aspects of education”,and innovate service models,in order to create an atmosphere of all-staff and all-time education in all the work.Under the background of the reform of“three aspects of education”,university libraries should take fostering virtue through education as the fundamental principle of serving and educating people,acting well as“five leaders”through“four dimensions”,and creating a new people-oriented path for the core work of themselves.
