疏土汤加味治疗肝郁痰结型精神分裂症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察疏土汤加味治疗肝郁痰结型精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法:选择精神分裂症患者62例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各31例。对照组给予阿立哌唑片口服;治疗组在对照组的基础上给予疏土汤加味治疗;2组均治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效,以及治疗前后阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.77%,对照组为74.19%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组PANSS量表阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理评分及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组上述各项评分及总分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组各项评分及总分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组BPRS量表中焦虑抑郁、缺乏活力、思维障碍、兴奋、敌对猜疑评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组上述各项评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组各项评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疏土汤加味联合阿立哌唑治疗肝郁痰结型精神分裂症疗效显著,能明显改善患者的症状体征和精神状态。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Shutu Tang for schizophrenia of liver depression and phlegm accumulation type. Methods: A total of 62 cases of patients with schizophrenia were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group. The control group was given the oral administration of Aripiprazole Tablets,and the treatment group was additionally treated with modified Shutu Tang based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for three months. The scores of Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS) and Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS) before and after treatment as well as the clinical effects in the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate was 96.77% in the treatment group and 74.19% in the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms and general psychopathology in PANSS as well as the total scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the above scores and the total scores in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores and the total scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of anxiety and depression, lack of vitality, thought disorder, excitement and hostility suspicion between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the above scores in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).
