摘　　要：慢性躯体疾病患者与抑郁障碍的共病率较高,若没有得到及时的抗抑郁治疗常使患者遭遇严重的不良预后。目前的治疗方法混乱无序,缺乏安全有效的治疗策略。本指导形成3种常见慢性躯体疾病(脑卒中、冠心病、2型糖尿病)共病抑郁障碍的阶梯化规范诊疗方案建议,为临床医生对于躯体疾病共病抑郁障碍选择个体化治疗方案提供参考,有助于患者接受规范化治疗并获得较好的疾病预后,减轻患者及家庭的经济负担和精神负担。Patients with chronic somatic disease have a higher comorbidity rate with major depressive disorder.These patients often experience a severe adverse prognosis due to not receiving antidepressant treatment timely.Therapeutic methods currently in clinical application are chaotic and disordered.Physicians lack a safe and effective treatment strategy for this condition.This guideline generates recommendations of the stepwise therapy for three common chronic somatic diseases(stroke,coronary heart disease,and type 2 diabetes) comorbidity with major depressive disorder.It provides a reference for clinicians to choose individualized treatment for somatic diseases comorbidity with major depressive disorder,which is helpful for patients to receive standardized treatment and obtain a better prognosis,and thus reduces the economic and mental burden of the patients and their families.
