摘　　要：高技能人才培养是推进我国教育强国、人力资源强国建设的关键要素,在迈向国家现代化的进程中具有重要的战略意义。国家对高技能人才培养的政策导向体现在服务国家发展战略、推进高职教育引领、支持企业积极参与、扭转传统社会观念等层面。高职教育肩负优化教育结构和人才结构的双重职责,基于当前我国高技能人才培养在本体认知、价值辨向、实践效用等层面面临的现实困境,高职教育可以通过培育工匠精神、改进教育教学模式以及深化产教融合对其进行调适,从而提升高技能人才培养质量。The cultivation of high-skilled talents is a key element to promote the construction of a strong country in education and human resources,having important strategic significance in the process of national modernization.Relative policy orientation shows in various aspects.It includes serving the national development strategies,promoting the guidance of higher vocational education,supporting the active participation of enterprises,and reversing traditional social concepts.Therefore,higher vocational education shoulders the dual responsibilities of optimizing the education structure and the talent structure.Facing difficulties in ontology cognition,value orientation clarification,and practical utility when cultivating high-skilled talents in our country,this study puts forward three measures.Higher vocational education can cultivate craftsman spirit,improve education and teaching models,and deepen the industry-education integration to improve the cultivation quality of high-skilled talents.
