摘  要:新时代我国进入老龄化急速发展阶段,大力发展老年教育是实施积极老龄化战略必然亦必要的应对之策。教育的关键在于教师,老年教育教师因其不可或缺的价值,在贯彻落实积极应对人口老龄化国家战略构建中具有独特的优势,他们承担着知识传授者、生命关怀者、教育研究者、银龄潜能开发者等时代责任。为了更好地履行这些责任,需要明晰当前老年教育教师发展在制度保障、培训机制、职业认同等方面存在的困境。在此基础上,未来需围绕打造制度保障的“强磁场”、专业优化的培训“充电桩”、职业认同的助推“强心剂”等三方面赋能,提高老年教育教师专业发展水平,以助推新时代老年教育高质量发展。In the new era,China has entered the rapid development stage of population aging.Developing education for the senior is an inevitable and necessary way to implement the strategy of actively dealing with the aging population.The key to education lies in teachers.Because of their indispensable value,teachers of education for senior citizens have unique advantages in the implementation of our national strategy.They teach knowledge,care for life,study education,and develop the potential of the senior.To better fulfill these responsibilities,it is necessary to realize that they have troubles in institutional guarantee,training mechanism,and professional identity.On this basis,the future needs to give teachers more empowerment in institutional guarantee,professional optimization of training,and professional identity.All in all,it is to improve the professional development of teachers and boost the high-quality development process of education for the senior.
