摘  要:本文基于VOSET方法,考虑流固耦合传热、微液层、动态接触角等因素的影响,并引入合理的核化密度模型,构建了一套可适用于三维矩形截面通道内流动沸腾传热研究的数值模拟方法。该方法可较为精确的描述三维矩形通道内流动沸腾传热,流型、干斑和微液层演变规律等。将本文所构建的流动沸腾模拟方法计算结果与经典经验关联式对比可得:平均相对误差为24.8%,最大相对误差为28.9%,计算精度在可接受的范围之内。Based on the VOSET method,a numerical simulation method suitable for studying flow boiling heat transfer in a three-dimensional rectangular channel is integrated by considering the effects of conjugated heat transfer,microlayer,dynamic contact angle,and introducing a reasonable nucleus site density model.This method can describe the heat transfer,flow pattern,dry patch,and microlayer evolutions of flow boiling in a three-dimensional rectangular channel.Moreover,the average and maximum relative errors of simulation results obtained by the present numerical method are 24.8%and 28.9%by comparing with the classical empirical correlation,indicating that simulation accuracy is acceptable.
