摘　　要："十七年"时期(1949~1966年)北京的文艺工作取得了卓越的成效,广大业余群众在中央的领导下,开展了轰轰烈烈的创作活动,各行各业中涌现出一批批优秀的创作人才。不同于专业化的创作机构,这一时期北京群众文艺创作在形式上呈现明显的口语化、通俗化、幽默化的审美倾向。群众文艺作品主要围绕作者的个人生活和工作环境进行创作,带有明显的浪漫主义色彩。以《北京市大中学生文艺创作观摩演出会歌曲材料》为代表的音乐创作,采用昂扬、激荡的旋律,歌颂社会主义制度下人们的美好生活。作为民间曲艺代表的快板作品创作,在这一时期也得到广泛发展。它通过韵律式的讲述方式,反映人们对生活的热爱。伴随着工人文化的开展,北京工人诗歌创作在这一时期如火如荼地进行。这些诗歌透过想象、夸张、比喻等修辞手法展现出劳动过程中的美好时刻。During the"seventeen Years"period(1949-1966),out-standing achievements were made in Beijing's literary and artistic work.Under the leadership of the central government,the broad masses of amateurs launched a vigorous creative upsurge,and batches of outstanding creative talents emerged in all walks of life.Different from the professional creation institutions,the mass literary creation in Beijing during this period showed an obvious aesthetic tendency of colloquial,popular and humorous in form.Mass literary works are mainly created around the author's personal life and work environment,with obvious romantic color.The music creation represented by "Song Material"uses high-spirited and stirring melodies to praise the good life of people under the socialist system;Allegro,as a representative of folk art,was also widely developed during this period.It reflects people's love for life through rhythmic narration.With the development of workers'culture,the creation of workerspoetry in Beijing was in full swing during this period.These poems show beautiful moments in the process of labor through rhetorical devices such as imagination,exaggeration and metaphor.
