《推篷寤语》中医养生文化内涵探析

摘　　要：《推篷寤语》成书于明朝隆庆年间,为李豫亨汇集前贤思想与自身见解所撰写的著作,其中多涉及中国传统儒家哲学理论以及释、道两家之言。该书中有关医学摄生的内容由王寿芝摘成一卷刊入《三三医书》之中。通过剖析《三三医书》中节录《推篷寤语》的中医摄生思想与养生宜忌,归纳其主要的观点有摄生之人宜顺应天地自然与人体的阴阳消长规律,谨记养精、惜气、存神于养生保健之重要意义,避免诸行过度与情志过极。本文还探赜其养生理论中蕴藏的“天人合一”“中庸”等文化内涵,旨在发掘该书在养生保健方面的实用性及学术与文化价值。LI Yuheng completed a work called Tui Peng Wu Yu during the period of the Longqing Emperor in the Ming Dynasty, which collected the predecessors’ ideas and his own thinking. It involves traditional Chinese Confucian philosophical theories as well as the sayings of Buddhism and Taoism. The content related to medicine and health preservation was excerpted into a volume by WANG Shouzhi and published in San San Medical Books. Through analyzing the thought, suitability and taboos of TCM health preservation of Tui Peng Wu Yu included in San San Medical Books, it is concluded that people who preserve health should comply with the law of Yin-Yang waxing and waning of heaven and earth, nature and human body, keep in mind that nourishing the essence, the Qi and the Shen is significant to longevity, and avoid excessive behavior and intense emotions, and meanwhile, the cultural connotation of its health preservation theories is explored, such as “integration of nature and man” and “the golden mean”. The aim is to excavate the practical value in health care, academic value and cultural value of this work.
