摘　　要：近年来许多学者以代谢组学为研究平台,探讨大肠癌患者代谢物中的差异性代谢物和中医药在“代谢”层面抗大肠癌的作用机制。本研究以“代谢组学”“结直肠癌”“结肠癌”“直肠癌”“中药”“中草药”为关键词在PubMed、万方、中国知网(CNKI)数据库中检索近年来基于代谢组学研究中药抗大肠癌的有关文献,总结21种大肠癌潜在生物标记物和中药在“代谢”层面抗大肠癌肿瘤的作用机制等相关进展,并对大肠癌肿瘤所涉及和改变的代谢途径进行述评,包括糖酵解、三羧酸循环、蛋白质代谢、氨基酸代谢和磷脂代谢等,旨在为大肠癌的早期诊断和治疗策略上拓展新思路。In recent years, metabolomics has been used as a research platform, exploring the differential metabolites in metabolites of colorectal cancer patients and the mechanism that traditional Chinese medicine could resist colorectal cancer at the ‘metabolic’ level. This study retrieved relevant literature on traditional Chinese medicine anti-colorectal cancer in recent years based on metabolomics by keywords ‘metabolomics’ ‘colorectal cancer’ ‘colon cancer’ ‘rectal cancer’ ‘traditional Chinese medicine’ in the PubMed, Wanfang, CNKI database and summarized 21 kinds of the potential biomarkers about colorectal cancer and of mechanism anti-colorectal cancer with traditional Chinese medicine tumor in the ‘metabolic’ level of and other related progress. This paper reviews the metabolic pathways involved and changed in colorectal cancer, including glycolysis, tricarboxylic acid cycle, protein metabolism, amino acid metabolism, and phospholipid metabolism. The aim is to trigger new thinking for the early diagnosis and treatment strategies of colorectal cancer.
