家电企业应收账款管理存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：针对国内家电企业的应收账款管理现状,利用2016—2020年5家国内家电企业的WIND数据库数据,分析存在的问题,并从人力资源管理角度出发,提出完善家电企业应收账款管理的对策,即加强相关部门的员工培训、有效进行工作绩效考核和合理开展员工内外部招聘,以期能够为家电企业提供借鉴,从而提高应收账款的质量,完善应收账款的管理。According to the current situation of accounts receivable management of domestic home appliance enterprises,and using the WIND database data of five domestic home appliance enterprises from 2016 to 2020,the existing problems are analyzed.From the perspective of human resources management,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the accounts receivable management of home appliance enterprises,including srtengthen staff training of relevant deparements,effective performance assessment and reasonable internal and external recruitment of staff.It is hoped that it can provide reference for home appliance companies to improve the quality of accounts receivable and the management of accounts receivable.
