摘　　要：车轴是轨道交通车辆转向架的关键部件,由于车轴种类较多,车轴的外圆尺寸各不相同,在车轴外圆磨削加工时,需要频繁对砂轮进行修形,浪费砂轮和加工时间。为了提高车轴外圆磨削砂轮的利用率,通过研究分析多种车轴外圆的结构尺寸,设计了两种通用外圆磨削砂轮,可实现采购来的砂轮就能满足使用要求,并且避免了在换产时反复修整砂轮的情况。Axle is the key component of rail transit vehicle bogie,due to many types of axles,the cylindricaldimension of the axle is different,in the axle cylindrical grinding processing,it is necessary to frequently modify the grinding wheel,which waste the grinding wheel and processing time.In order to increase the utilization rate of axle cylindrical grinding wheels,through the study and analysis on the cylindricalstructural dimensions of a variety of axles,two general cylindrical grinding wheels are designed,which can realize that the purchased grinding wheels can meet the requirements of use,and avoid the situation of repeatedly trimming the grinding wheels during production changeover.
