摘 要:设计一种能够实现气门正时和气门升程连续、同步可变的配气机构。介绍该配气机构的结构组成、工作原理和控制过程,设计适配的凸轮型线。用AVL Excite软件仿真分析配气机构的运动学和动力学性能,实机验证配气机构正时调整、升程可变的功能和零部件的稳定性。经分析与试验,该配气机构具备正时调整、升程可变和连续可变的功能,零部件工作稳定可靠,可提高柴油机的综合性能。A valve train which can realize continuous,synchronous and variable valve timing and valve lift was designed.The structure,working principle and control process of the valve mechanism are introduced,as well as the design of suitable cam profile.The kinematics and dynamic performance of the valve train was simulated and analyzed by AVL Excite software.The functions of timing adjustment and variable lift of the valve train and the stability of parts were verified by engine test.Through analysis and test,it is verified that this valve train can realize timing adjustment,variable lift and continuous variable,and the parts work stably and reliably,thus it can improve the performance of diesel engines.
