摘 要:基于某船用大功率中速柴油机冒黑烟现象开展研究,对加载过程和柴油机过量空气系数等关键性能参数进行分析,确定柴油机冒黑烟产生的条件和机理,并对喷油策略进行优化。经实船验证,优化后的柴油机冒黑烟现象得到明显改善。Research was carried out on the black smoke phenomenon of a marine high power medium speed diesel engine,the key performance parameters such as the loading process and the excess air coefficient of the diesel engine were analyzed to determine the generation conditions and mechanism of black smoke of the diesel engine,and the fuel injection strategy was optimized.The real ship test shows that the black smoke phenomenon of the optimized diesel engine has been significantly improved.
