摘　　要：针对某型柴油发动机在试验中出现的拉缸、气门破裂问题,结合金相、电镜、能谱分析等手段,分析发动机失效的机理和原因,并提出优化方案。经耐久试验验证,该方案稳定有效,故障问题得到解决。Aiming at the problems of ring scuffing and valve fracture in the test of a certain type of diesel engine,methods including metallography,electron microscopy,energy spectrum analysis were used to analyze the failure mechanism and causes,and the optimization scheme was proposed.The durability test shows that the scheme is stable and effective,the failure is solved.
