“双高计划”背景下高水平特色高职旅游类专业群建设研究

摘　　要：2019年10月,197所院校入选中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划单位,名单中旅游类院校及专业群占比过小,优势较弱。通过对高职院校、旅游企业、旅游类专业毕业生问卷调查,梳理出目前我国旅游类专业群建设与“双高计划”标准存在的差距:专业定位不够精准,人才培养目标单一与人才需求多元矛盾突出,以高水平专业带头人为引领的创新型师资团队创新实践能力不够等。据此针对问题提出建议:优化调整旅游类专业群结构,突出服务地方旅游业发展的人才培养特色,优化核心课程体系,完善投入与利益协调制度,建立实习生、毕业生信息反馈系统机制等。In October 2019,197 colleges and universities were selected as construction units of high-level vocational colleges and specialty groups with Chinese characteristics,among which tourism colleges and specialty groups account for a small proportion and have weak advantages.Through a large number of questionnaire surveys of graduates from higher vocational colleges,tourism enterprises and tourism majors,it is found that there is an obvious gap between the construction of tourism specialty groups and the standard of“double-high plan”in China:the positioning of specialties is not accurate enough,the contradiction of the goal of talents training and the diversified demand for talents is prominent,and the innovative teaching team led by high-level professional leaders lacks the ability to innovate and practice.Based on this,the paper puts forward some suggestions:optimize and adjust the structure of tourism specialty groups,highlight the talents training with the characteristics of serving the development of local tourism,better the core curriculum system,improve the coordination system of investment and interests and establish the information feedback mechanism of interns and graduates.
