“双高计划”建设院校图书馆建设现状调研与思考

摘　　要：以江浙地区首批34所“双高计划”建设院校为样本来源,基于文献与网络调研数据,系统研究了34所高水平高职院校图书馆在文献资源、空间、服务、技术等4个方面的建设现状。研究发现,34所院校图书馆普遍存在文献资源特色不鲜明、空间布局功能单一、服务能力弱、信息化建设程度低等问题。建议“双高计划”建设院校图书馆从资源建设专业化、空间建设人性化、服务建设内涵化、技术建设实用化角度入手,增强图书馆在人才培养、专业建设、科研创新和文化传承中的作用,促进自身高质量发展。Based on the literature and online survey data,and taking the first batch of 34 colleges’library construction under the“Double-high Plan”in Jiangsu and Zhejiang as sample sources,this paper systematically studies the construction status of 34 high-level higher vocational colleges’libraries in four aspects:literature resources,space,service and technology.It is found that 34 higher vocational colleges’libraries have some common problems,such as lack of characteristic literature resources,single spatial layout,weak service capacity and the low level of information construction.Through specialized literature resources construction,humanized space construction,intentional service construction and practical technology construction,the higher vocational college libraries will play an important role in talent cultivation,major construction,innovation in scientific research and cultural inheritance.
