烤瓷贴面和全瓷冠在前牙美容修复中的临床应用价值比较

摘　　要：目的探讨烤瓷贴面和全瓷冠在前牙美容修复中的临床应用价值。方法189例前牙美容修复患者,随机分为对照组(103例)和观察组(86例)。对照组采用全瓷冠修复,观察组采用烤瓷贴面修复。比较两组患者修复效果以及修复前后的美学效果。结果观察组修复优良率96.51%高于对照组的82.52%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复后,观察组患者的外形美观评分(92.53±3.88)分、修复体色泽评分(94.11±3.24)分均高于对照组的(83.64±3.73)、(87.32±3.16)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前牙美容修复中应用烤瓷贴面的效果显著,对改善外形美观及修复体色泽方面效果更优更适合在临床开展和实施。Objective To discuss the clinical value of porcelain veneer and all ceramic crown in the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth.Methods A total of 189 patients with aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth were randomly divided into a control group(103 cases)and an observation group(86 cases).The control group was restored with all-ceramic crowns,and the observation group was restored with porcelain veneers.The restoration effect and the aesthetic results before and after restoration were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of restoration 96.51%in the observation group was higher than 82.52%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After restoration,the aesthetic appearance score(92.53±3.88)points and the restoration color score(94.11±3.24)points in the observation group were higher than(83.64±3.73)and(87.32±3.16)points in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth,the application of porcelain veneers is more effective in improving the aesthetic appearance and restoration color,and more suitable for clinical development and implementation.
