清幽丸联合铋剂四联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究清幽丸联合铋剂四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的临床疗效。方法选取150例幽门螺杆菌现症感染者为研究对象,随机分为A组(铋剂四联疗法)、B组(铋剂四联疗法加清幽丸)和C组(铋剂四联疗法加复方嗜酸乳杆菌片),每组50例。比较三组幽门螺杆菌根除率和治疗前后中医症候积分。结果150例患者的幽门螺杆菌总根除率为78%(117/150)。A组、B组、C组幽门螺杆菌根除率分别为60%、88%、86%。A组和B组、A组和C组的幽门螺杆菌根除率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组与C组幽门螺杆菌根除率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,A组中医症候积分为(19.78±5.59)分、B组为(14.84±1.53)分、C组为(14.56±1.07)分。A组中医症候积分明显高于本组治疗前(14.38±0.92)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组与C组的中医症候积分与本组治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组的中医症候积分高于B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组与C组的中医症候积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论清幽丸联合铋剂四联疗法能提高幽门螺杆菌根除率,同时降低药物不良反应。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qingyou pill combined with bismuth quadruple therapy in the eradication of Helicobacter pylori.Methods A total of 150 cases of Helicobacter pylori infection were selected for the study and randomly divided into group A(bismuth quadruple therapy),group B(bismuth quadruple therapy and Qingyou pill)and group C(bismuth quadruple therapy and compound lactobacillus eosinophil-acidophilus tablet),with 50 cases in each group.The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori and the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score before and after treatment were compared among the three groups.Results The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori in 150 patients was 78%(117/150).The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori in group A,group B,and group C were 60%,88%,and 86%.There were statistically significant differences between group A and group B,group A and group C in eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori(P<0.05),and the differences in eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori between group B and group C were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score was(19.78±5.59)points in group A,(14.84±1.53)points in group B,and(14.56±1.07)points in group C.After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score in group A was significantly higher than(14.38±0.92)points before treatment in this group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of group B and group C compared with those before treatment in this group(P>0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score in group A was higher than that in group B and group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the differences in traditional Chinese medicine symptom score between group B and group C were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Qingyou pill combined with bismuth quadruple therapy can improve the eradication rate of Helicoba
