摘　　要：成人脊髓脂肪瘤临床少见,易被骨科医师漏诊。该文报道1例成人腰骶部脊髓脂肪瘤合并脊髓拴系综合征患者,对其临床特点、诊断及治疗进行分析,以提高骨科医师对该疾病的认识,及早诊断和治疗,以提高临床疗效。Adult spinal cord lipoma is rare and easily missed by orthopedic surgeons.1 case of adult spinal cord lipoma complicated with tethered cord syndrome(TCS)is reported.This article reports 1 case of adult spinal cord lipoma complicated with tethered cord syndrome,and analyzes its clinical features,diagnosis and treatment to improve orthopedic surgeons’understanding of the disease,early diagnosis and treatment to improve clinical efficacy.
