微信小程序的图文式表单在口腔门诊耗材管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于微信小程序的图文式耗材表单在口腔门诊耗材管理中的应用效果。方法申领者通过微信小程序的金山表单填写图文式耗材表单,其包括树脂类、根管预备类、根管充填类、冠修复类、车针类、正畸类、其他类共7个一级目录,18个二级目录,179个三级目录。其中三级目录含耗材价格与动态的库存数量,并在易混淆的耗材选项含相应图片。科室根据后台汇总进行耗材派发和统计。随机抽查比较3个月(12w)使用耗材表单前和使用后34人次登记耗材需求所需时间、每周领用派发时间、每月计算成本时间和统计库存数量时间。结果使用图文式耗材表单后申领者每次登记耗材需求所需平均时间、总务护士每周派发平均时间、护理组长每月计算耗材成本所需平均时间及统计库存数量所需平均时间均多于使用前,前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于微信小程序的图文式耗材表单对口腔门诊耗材进行申领、派发和统计,可提高工作效率,节约耗材成本,实现数据共享,便于耗材监管,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of graphic consumables request form based on a WeChat applet for the management of dental consumables in dental clinics.Methods The applet users put forward consumable item requests by filling in a graphic consumables request form in the WeChat applet-based WPS Office.The graphic consumables request form included seven tier-one categories s(e.g.,resin,root canal preparation,root canal filling,crown restoration,needle,orthodontic and other categories),18 tier-two categories and179 tier-three categories.The tier-three categories included the costs and quantity of items in stock,with photos for the confusable items.The department is in charge of the distribution and control of the stock.The time for putting forward a request for consumables,the time for weekly delivery and distribution of the requested consumables and the time for monthly cost calculation and inventory count were randomly compared among the 34 applet users three months before and after the trial of the consumables request applet.Results After the use of the graphic consumables request forms,the average time for putting forward a request for consumables,the average time for the nurses to deliver and distribute the consumables,and the average time for the head nurse to calculate the cost of consumables were all significantly shorter than those before the use of the applet(P<0.05).Conclusions The WeChat applet based consumables graphic request forms in the management of consumables in dental clinics can improve the work efficiency and lower the cost of stock.It helps to realise data sharing and facilitate the consumable stock management.Further trials of it should be considered.
