摘 要:为保证航空发动机工作的稳定性,获得良好的性能,需对低压压气机进口导叶角度进行控制。某主燃油泵调节器随发动机试车检查低压压气机进口导叶角度α1通道平衡占空比系数S8时,由于层板流量与油嘴流量设计匹配不合理,导致平衡占空比S8偏小故障。通过对主燃油泵调节器低压压气机进口导叶角度控制机构进行分析,建立了数学模型及仿真模型,得出了油嘴、层板、占空比的匹配关系,并通过重新匹配油嘴流量,排除了外场故障,提高了发动机工作的可靠性与安全性。In order to ensure the stability of aero-engine and obtain good performance,it is necessary to control the inlet guide Vane Angle of low pressure compressor.When the main fuel pump regulator is adjusted with the engine,theα1 channel balance duty ratio coefficient S8 of the integrated regulator of the frequent engine is small due to the unreasonable matching between the laminar flow and the nozzle flow design.In this paper,by analyzing the low-pressure Angle control mechanism,the mathemati-cal model and the simulation model are established,and the matching relation of nozzle,laminar and duty ratio is obtained,and the outfield fault is eliminated by rematching nozzle flow,improving the reliability and safety of the engine.
