摘  要:科主任是提高医疗质量和教学水平的核心力量,是科室运营工作统筹安排的领导者。科主任目标考核是医院实现精细化管理的重要内容,也是促进医院整体高质量发展的重要措施。以温州医科大学附属第一医院基于战略导向的科主任动态化目标考核体系为例,通过医院战略目标分析、科主任目标考核体系构建及实践效果分析,总结科学的科主任目标考核体系,为公立医院内部精细化运营管理提供经验借鉴。The department director is the key player in enhancing the standard of medical care and instruction,as well as the manager of the department’s general organizational structure.The department director’s objective evaluation process is a crucial component of the hospital’s fine management system and a crucial step in fostering the institution’s overall high-quality growth.The paper,using the first affiliated hospital of Wenzhou medical university as an example,summarized the scientific director of the target appraisal system and offered the public hospital’s internal refinement operation management experience as a resource.This was done by analyzing the hospital’s strategic target,building the target system,and analyzing the practical effects.
