摘　　要：大学生创新创业需要科学合理地设置企业股权结构,而现有的高校创业通识教育关于公司股权结构设计能力的培养存在缺失。高职院校应当以学生为中心,以OBE教育理念为导向,针对大学生创新创业实战过程中存在的问题,结合高职院校创业课程设置现状,尝试将公司股权结构设计能力培养纳入创业教育课程体系,构建大学生创业股权结构设计能力模型。It is necessary to design the corporate equity structure in a scientific and reasonable way for college undergraduates’ innovation and business-starting.However, there is no training on the ability in designing the corporate equity structure in the existing general courses on business-starting.Against the problems in undergraduates’ practical innovation and business-starting, in view of the situation of business-starting curriculum, higher vocational institutes should take student-based and OBE-oriented measures to make a try in incorporating the training of this ability into the business-starting education curriculum and constructing a model for undergraduates’ ability in the equity structure design during their business-starting.
