摘  要:目的:探讨口腔癌过表达1(ORAOV1)、CD133和吻素-1(KiSS-1)在口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法:选取2012年1月-2014年12月在蚌埠医学院第一附属医院病理科100例确诊为OSCC患者的标本及相应的100例正常组织作为对照。分析不同临床病理参数OSCC患者ORAOV1、CD133和KiSS-1表达情况;分析OSCC患者ORAOV1、CD133和KiSS-1表达的相关性;分析影响生存时间的因素。结果:OSCC组织中ORAOV1(60%vs20%)和CD133(60%vs 18%)蛋白阳性表达水平均高于对照组织,而KiSS-1(46%vs 91%)阳性表达水平低于对照组织(P<0.05)。不同浸润程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期OSCC患者的ORAOV1、CD133、KiSS-1蛋白的表达情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。列联表相关分析显示,KiSS-1表达与ORAOV1、CD133表达均呈负相关(P<0.001)。ORAOV1的表达与CD133的表达呈正相关(P=0.003)。多因素分析显示,ORAOV1、CD133、KiSS-1蛋白可能是影响OSCC患者术后生存时间的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论:ORAOV1、CD133和KiSS-1可以作为预测OSCC患者术后转移和预后的生物标志物。Objective: To explore the expressions of ORAOV1, CD133 and KiSS-1 in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) and their clinicopathological significance. Method: A total of 100 samples of patients diagnosed with OSCC in the Department of Pathology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College and 100 normal tissues from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected as controls. The expressions of ORAOV1, CD133 and KiSS-1 in OSCC patients with different clinicopathological parameters were analyzed. The correlation of ORAOV1,CD133 and KiSS-1 expression in OSCC patients was analyzed. The influencing factors of survival time were analyzed. Result: The positive expression levels of ORAOV1(60% vs 20%) and CD133(60% vs 18%) in OSCC tissues were higher than those in control tissues, while the positive expression level of KiSS-1(46% vs 91%) was lower than that in control tissues(P<0.05). There were significant differences in the expression of ORAOV1, CD133and KiSS-1 protein in OSCC patients with different degrees of invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that KiSS-1 expression were negatively correlated with ORAOV1 and CD133expression(P<0.001). The expression of ORAOV1 was positively correlated with CD133(P=0.003). Multivariate analysis showed that ORAOV1, CD133 and KiSS-1 may be independent factors affecting postoperative survival in OSCC patients(P<0.05). Conclusion: ORAOV1, CD133 and KiSS-1 can be used as promising biomarkers to predict postoperative metastasis and prognosis of OSCC patients.
