摘  要:教师教学决策的科学化水平和精准化程度是影响教学质量的重要因素。基于数据驱动的教师教学决策的价值,在于教师能理性作出教学判断、审慎开展教学实践、科学诊断学生学业等。与此同时,决策主体的替代、决策指向的僭越、决策过程的背离、决策证据的扭曲等因素,又为教师教学决策带来不可避免的局限。提升数据驱动下教师教学决策有效性,促进我国教育信息化、现代化发展,在于以学生有意义学习为基本尺度,以教育数据库的高质量建设为内在保障,以教师信息化教学的实践合理化为必要张力,以教学实践共同体的协同创新为发展机制。The scientific level and precision of teachers’teaching decision-making are important factors that affect the quality of teaching.In the context of informatization,the value of data-driven teachers’teaching decision-making lies in teachers’ability to make rational teaching judgments,carry out teaching practices prudently and diagnose students’academic work scientifically.On the other hand,there are some inevitable limitations in teachers’teaching decision-making,such as the substitution of decision-making subjects,the overstepping of decision-making directions,the deviation of the decisionmaking processes,and the distortion of decision-making evidences.To improve the effectiveness of datadriven teaching decision-making and promote the development of education informatization and modernization in China,students’meaningful learning should be taken as the basic standard,the highquality construction of educational databases as the internal guarantee,the rationalization of teachers’information teaching practice as the necessary tension,and the collaborative innovation of the teaching practice community as the development mechanism.
