摘 要:目的:青花椒果壳渣生物发酵提取,得到青花椒果壳发酵产物滤液。方法:基于模式动物秀丽线虫对上述发酵滤液进行生物活性探究。结果:1%、2%、4%的发酵产物滤液均能够延长秀丽线虫寿命、提高其运动行为能力和吞咽频率,降低肠道氧自由基水平。同时,青花椒果壳渣发酵产物滤液还能够缩短秀丽线虫的排泄周期,提高其代谢能力。此外,秀丽线虫在35℃热激6 h条件下,4%浓度处理的线虫也能显著提高热应激能力。结论:青花椒果壳渣发酵产物滤液具有延缓秀丽线虫衰老,延长寿命的作用。Purpose:The shell of Zanthoxylum schinifolium were extracted by biological fermentation,and the filtrate of the fermentation product for Z.schinifolium were obtained.Methods:The biological activities of the above fermentation filtrates were investigated based on the model animal C.elegans.Results:1%,2%and 4%filtrates of fermentation could extend the lifespan of C.elegans,improve the locomotion ability and pumping frequency,and reduce the express of intestinal ROS.In addition,the filtrate of fermentation from the shell residue for Z.schinifolium could shorten the defecation cycle of C.elegans and improve its metabolic capacity.What’s more,4%fermentation also significantly increased the heat stress ability of C.elegans treated with heat shock at 35℃for 6 h.Conclusions:The filtrate of fermentation from Z.schinifolium can prolong the senescence and prolong the life of C.elegans.
