摘　　要：卷筒烫金工艺是一种可实现印刷品高速烫金生产的圆压圆烫金技术。本文针对卷筒烫金工艺中的关键要素烫金版与烫金辊之间的版材加工参数与辊径匹配进行分析,针对不同盒型及规格的卷烟包装印刷品分别进行最佳排版与最佳过程控制分析,形成烫金版与烫金辊匹配的通用计算方法,可为印刷企业快速进行印刷品卷筒烫金排版及烫金版加工制作提供可靠有效的参考依据。Roll bronzing process is a round bronzing technology that can realize high-speed bronzing production of printed matter. This paper analyzes the plate processing parameters and roll diameter matching between the bronzing plate and the bronzing roller, which are the key elements in the roll bronzing process, and analyzes the optimal typesetting and optimal process control for cigarette packaging prints of different box types and specifications, forming a general calculation method for matching the bronzing plate and the bronzing roller, It can provide a reliable and effective reference for printing enterprises to quickly conduct roll bronzing typography and bronzing plate processing.
