摘　　要：目的探讨追踪管理法在产科护理质量持续改进中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至6月徐州市妇幼保健院质控抽查的480例孕产妇为对照组,进行常规护理管理。2021年7月至12月质控抽查的500例孕产妇为观察组,采用追踪管理法。管理涉及护理人员15名。比较两组护理人员的护理质量评分、孕产妇的产科护理纠纷事件、护理不良事件、孕产妇护理配合度及护理满意度。结果观察组护理人员的护理质量评分高于对照组,产科护理纠纷及护理不良事件发生率低于对照组,护理配合度及满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论追踪管理法在产科护理质量持续改进中的应用,可提高护理质量,降低产科护理纠纷及护理不良事件发生率,提高孕产妇护理配合度及护理满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of tracking management method in continuous improvement of obstetric nursing quality.Methods A total of 480 parturients in Xuzhou Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from January to June 2021 for quality control were selected into the control group and received routine nursing management.Another 500 parturients from July to December 2021 were selected into the observation group,and received tracking management method.A total of 15 nursing staff were involved.The nursing quality scores,obstetric nursing dispute events,adverse nursing events,cooperation and satisfaction with nursing staff were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the nursing quality scores were higher than those of the control group;the incidence rates of obstetric nursing dispute events and adverse nursing events were lower than those of the control group;the cooperation and satisfaction with nursing staff were higher than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of tracking management method in the continuous improvement of obstetric nursing quality is helpful to improve nursing quality,reduce the incidence of obstetric nursing dispute events and nursing adverse events,improve the rate of cooperation and satisfaction with nursing staff.It deserves popularization and application.
