摘　　要：暴露疗法是一种把患者暴露在某种刺激性情境中使其产生耐受和适应的行为疗法。基于伦理视角,从安全性与耐受性、患者权利和人文关怀,以及心理治疗师的职业伦理道德风险等三方面介绍暴露疗法存在的伦理争议,并提出切实履行知情同意原则、全程秉持不伤害原则以及时刻遵守保密原则等三点伦理规范及要求,以期提升暴露治疗的专业水准,保障患者和心理治疗师的权益。Exposure therapy is a kind of behavior therapy that exposes patients to certain stimulating situations to make them tolerate and adapt.Based on the ethical perspective,this paper introduced the ethical disputes in exposure therapy from three aspects that safety and tolerance,patient rights and humanistic care,as well as professional ethics and moral risks of psychotherapists.This paper also put forward three ethical norms and requirements,including earnestly implementing the principle of informed consent,adhering to the principle of no harm in the whole process,and obeying the principle of confidentiality,in order to improve the professional level of exposure therapy and protect the rights and interests of patients and psychotherapists.
