摘　　要：《大医精诚》对医者应具备的道德规范和人文素养提出了相关要求。通过追溯《大医精诚》的形成背景,探析其丰富的思想内涵,并以《大医精诚》的医德规范为基础反思当代社会对医学道德的需求,结合新时代社会发展和医改背景,以及医疗环境中存在的道德困境,提出当代社会应以“道德自律”的内在要求和“道德他律”的外在约束相互结合作为医德建设新路径,旨在为完善当代医德建设体系、提高医务人员的道德品行及构建良好医疗环境提供理论参考。Spirit of Great Physician,puts forward relevant requirements on the moral standards and humanistic qualities that doctors should possess.By tracing the formation background of Spirit of Great Physician,analyzing its rich ideological connotation,reflecting on the needs of contemporary society for medical ethics on the basis of the medical ethics standard of Spirit of Great Physician,combining the background of social development and medical reform in the new era,as well as the moral dilemma in the medical environment,this paper proposed that contemporary society should take the combination of the internal requirements of“moral self-discipline”and the external constraints of“moral heteronomy”as the new path of medical ethics construction.The purpose of this study was to provide theoretical reference for improving the construction system of contemporary medical ethics,enhancing the moral character of medical staff and building a good medical environment.
