中国式考试现代化视域下的考试文化建设

摘　　要：在以中国式考试现代化推动我国由考试大国向考试强国转变进程中,考试文化具有不可低估的重要作用。推进考试文化建设,必须找准历史方位,从时代要求出发,提出切实可行的考试文化发展思路。中国式考试现代化面临的是考试规模巨大的现代化,是兼顾科学与公平的现代化,是将中华优秀传统考试文化与现代考试理念技术相结合的现代化。为完成新时代选拔德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人这一根本任务,考试文化建设在精神层面应构建教育考试核心价值观,在制度层面应加强制度的规范化、标准化建设以及制度背后凝聚的价值导向的宣传,在物质层面应加强与考试历史文化、与育人相结合的基础设施建设。加强考试文化建设,应坚持党的领导,坚持以人民为中心,坚持不忘本来、吸收外来、面向未来。The examination culture plays an important role in promoting the transformation of China from a country with a large number of examinees to a powerful testing country with the modernization of Chinesestyle examinations.To promote the construction of examination culture,we must find a correct historical position,set out from the requirements of the times,and put forward developing ideas for the construction of examination culture.The modernization of Chinese-style examinations is faced with the modernization of a huge scale of examinees,giving consideration to both science and equity and combining the excellent Chinese traditional examination culture with modern examination concepts and technologies.In order to complete the fundamental task of selecting socialist builders and successors with all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education in the new era,the construction of examination culture should build the core values of education examination at the spiritual level,strengthen the normalization,standardization of the system and propagating the value orientation behind the system at the institutional level,and strengthen the infrastructure construction combined with the history and culture of examination and education at the material level.To strengthen the construction of examination culture,we should adhere to the leadership of the CPC,adhere to the principle of putting people at the center,and the principle of not forgetting the original,absorbing foreign countries and facing the future.
