摘　　要：在河南大学110年辉煌和悲壮的发展历程中,张钫是为民国时期河南大学成就辉煌、化解悲壮较为突出的一个代表。张钫一生乐善赈灾、兴学育人,河南大学是受益最多的一所学校。民国时期的河南大学,无论是在抗日烽火中办学还是栖身苏州迎接解放,无论是从省立升格国立还是合并“水专”规模扩张,无论是从物资上还是道义上,都有张钫如影随形的坚定支持。正是有以张钫为代表的一大批志士先贤始终不渝的鼎力相助,民国后期的河南大学整体办学水平才得以跃居中国高等教育的前列。During the development of Henan University for more than 100 years, Zhang Fang is an outstanding representative during the Republican Period who made remarkable achievements and resolved dilemmas. Zhang Fang was a kind philanthropist and was passionate about education, greatly helping Henan University. Zhang Fang completely devoted himself to supporting Henan University during the Republican Period when the university was struggling during Anti-Japanese War and waiting for the liberation in Suzhou, and when the university was upgraded from provincial to national school and expanded its scale by combining other schools. Thanks to the unfailing support of a great number of pioneers like Zhang Fang, Henan University became the leader of Chinese higher education during the late Republican Period.
