摘　　要：在“大众创业、万众创新”的时代大背景下,全社会的创新创业活动蓬勃兴起,如何培育并提升高职生的创业能力显得尤为重要。本研究基于我国创业的内外部环境及高职生自身特征,通过案例访谈与实证调研相结合的方式,从高职生的创业能力现状入手,建构高职生创业能力的评价指标,提炼影响高职生创业能力的关键因素,探究培育和提升高职生创业能力的方法,以期丰富创业能力理论,提高创新创业教育的针对性和实效性。in the era of“Mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation”, the whole society’s innovation and pioneering activity is booming, how to cultivate and enhance the entrepreneurial ability of vocational college students is particularly important. Based on the internal and external environment of entrepreneurship in our country and the characteristics of higher vocational college students themselves,this study starts with the status quo of higher vocational college students’ entrepreneurial ability through case interview and empirical investigation, in order to enrich the theory of entrepreneurial ability, we should construct the evaluation index of entrepreneurial ability of higher vocational college students,extract the key factors that affect their entrepreneurial ability, and explore the methods to cultivate and promote their entrepreneurial ability, we should improve the pertinence and effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
