摘  要:医院污水中含有特有的致病菌,传统的污水处理工艺对其去除效果较差,无法彻底灭活,为此设计一种以臭氧为催化氧化材料的医院污水处理方法。设计整体的医院污水处理实验方案及污水处理设备结构,在原有的污水通用处理流程中增加膜反应器和臭氧处理工艺,将污泥进行分离外运。采用活性炭作为臭氧催化氧化的催化剂,活性炭最优添加量为16 g·L^(-1)。通过不同催化氧化剂的动力学分析结果表明,臭氧催化氧化工艺在医院污水处理中,伪一级动力学拟合结果显示臭氧催化降解的最终平衡量在8.33 mg·L^(-1)、伪二级动力学拟合结果显示活性炭吸附臭氧催化氧化下的动力学常数为0.83,均优于S-PAC、CeO催化氧化工艺,采用本文方案处理后,医院排放污水中致病菌的含量均控制在指标范围内,验证了设计方法的有效性。Hospital sewage contains unique pathogenic bacteria,which cannot be completely inactivated by traditional sewage treatment process.Therefore,a hospital sewage treatment method using ozone as a catalytic oxidation material is designed.The overall hospital sewage treatment experimental plan and the structure of sewage treatment equipment in detail were designed.Membrane reactor and ozone treatment process were added to the original general sewage treatment process,and the sludge were separated and transported.Activated carbon was used as the catalyst for ozone catalytic oxidation with optimized dosage of 16 g·L^(-1).The pseudo-first-order kinetic fitting results show that the final reaction equilibrium amount of ozone catalytic degradation is 8.33 mg·L^(-1).The pseudo-secondary kinetic fitting results show that the kinetic constant of activated carbon adsorption of ozone catalytic oxidation is 0.83,which is better than that of S-PAC and CeO catalytic oxidation processes.After adoption of the as-designed treatment,content of pathogenic bacteria in hospital sewage is in the range of microbial index.The validity of the design method is verified.
