摘  要:在通过喷油正时改善柴油机怠速噪声时发现,所测得的声功率级、燃烧噪声以及人耳的主观感受随着喷油正时的变化规律并不一致,分析了在各喷油正时下噪声和表面振动与缸内压力信号的变化规律,确定了怠速工况下与人耳主观感受一致的参数。研究结果表明:怠速工况下喷油正时在-13°ATDC前时,表面声压级随喷油正时的提前而减小。在-13°ATDC后,表面声压级随着喷油正时的延后而减小;喷油正时对噪声与振动的影响主要集中于1200 Hz-2000 Hz以及2500 Hz-4000 Hz频率范围内,缸内压力升高率不能很有效地反映出喷油正时对整机噪声的影响情况;但缸内压力高频振荡与响度能有效的体现出怠速工况喷油正时对整机噪声影响规律。When improving the noise of diesel engine through fuel injection timing,it is found that the measured sound pressure level,combustion noise and subjective perception of the human are not consistent with the change of fuel injection timing.For this reason,this paper analyzes the changes of noise,surface vibration and in-cylinder pressure signal at each injection timing,and specifiesthe parameters consistent with the subjective perception of human under idling condition.The results show that for this light-duty diesel engine diesel engine,when the fuel injection timing is before-13°ATDC under idling condition,the sound pressure level decreases with the advance of the fuel injection timing.However,the sound pressure level decreases with the delay of the injection timingafter-13°ATDC.The influence of fuel injection timing on noise and vibration is mainly concentrated in 1200Hz-2000Hz and 2500Hz-4000Hz.The rate of increase in cylinder pressure does not effectively reflect the change trend of the engine's noise due to the injection timing.The high-frequency oscillation and loudness can effectively reflect the influence of the fuel injection timing on the enginenoise under the idling condition.
