摘　　要：以西南石油大学合同节水项目为例,以学校与服务企业关系为重点,从建立信任关系、做好条件保障、加强管理与监督、助力融入校园文化及完善考核机制等方面进行了探索,为在高校顺利推广合同节水提供借鉴。Taking the project of contract-based water conservation in Southwest Petroleum University as an example,the paper focuses on the relationship between university and service enterprises,explores from the aspects of building relationship for mutual trust,creating favorable conditions,strengthening management and supervision,incorporating it into the campus culture and improving assessment mechanism,so as to provide insight for boosting contracted-based water conservation in colleges and universities.
