摘  要:目的:通过对日常监测中常检出番泻苷A和番泻苷B的减肥类/通便类保健食品及可能含有番泻苷A和番泻苷B的原料进行检测分析,充分了解番泻苷A和番泻苷B来源情况,并对其来源进行探讨。方法:使用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)检测减肥类/通便类保健食品中番泻苷A和番泻苷B,并对可能含有这两个物质的原料进行检测分析。结果:5批次样品中均检出番泻苷A和番泻苷B,而植物原料普洱茶、荷叶、决明子、山楂中未检出番泻苷A和番泻苷B。结论:减肥类/通便类保健食品中所检测出的番泻苷A和番泻苷B并非为标签标称的植物原料如普洱茶、荷叶、决明子、山楂等。从功能类别分析,标签标称的功能为减肥或通便,可能为非法添加番泻叶或含有番泻苷A和番泻苷B的原料或化合物,也可能为共用生产线污染而致;从产品批准文号分析,此类产品批准文号均为较早以前申报的批准文号,可能会存在生产企业申报产品标签、说明书未标识全部的原料、辅料、功效成分或者标志性成分及含量的情况。Objective:Through the detection and analysis of weight-loss/laxative health food that are often detected to contain sennoside A and sennoside B in regular monitoring,as well as the raw materials that may contain sennoside A and sennoside B,the sources of sennoside A and sennoside B could be fully understood and discussed.Methods:The sennoside A and sennoside B in weight-loss health foods were detected by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,and the raw materials that may contain these two substances were detected and analyzed.Results:Sennoside A and sennoside B were detected in 5 batches of samples while the two substances had not been detected in the plant materials such as pu'er tea,lotus leaf,cassia seed,and hawthorn.Conclusion:Sennoside A and sennoside B in weight-loss health food are not derived from plant raw materials pu'er tea,lotus leaf,cassia seed,and hawthorn as what it is shown in the label.Although the labeled function is either weight loss or defecation,it may be caused by illegal addition of senna leaves,raw materials or compounds that contain sennoside A and sennoside B,or it may be the result of pollution from shared production lines.What’s more,the approval numbers of these products were applied for before 2000,and the manufacturers might not marketed all the raw materials,auxiliary materials,functional ingredients or symbolic ingredients and contents in the product labels and package inserts.
