摘  要:为研究自行车运动员在不同地形下的最佳功率输出方式,采用OmPD模型,建立功率输出曲线,确定了理论情况下各路段骑行速度相同时的最短完赛时间。考虑到运动员的无氧工作能力不会随比赛的进行而恢复,应在上坡路段采取较大输出功率,并保持各上坡路段的骑行速度相等,对于下坡与平地路段应以临界功率为输出功率骑行,以期为指导训练和比赛提供参考。In order to study the optimal power output of cyclists in different terrains, the OmPD model was used to establish the power output curve. We determine the minimum finish time when the cycling speed in each section of the course is the same under the theoretical condition. Considering that the anaerobic work capacity of athletes will not recover as their progress in one race, athletes should take higher power output in uphill sections and keep the riding speed of each uphill section equal, for downhill and flat sections they should take critical power as the output power to ride to provide reference for guidance training and competition.
