本科护生返乡就业意愿现状调研分析——以广西医科大学为例

摘　　要：调查乡村振兴背景下本科护生返乡就业的意愿,了解其影响因素,为医学院校提高护生返乡就业意愿提供依据。采用改编问卷,对本院345名2019—2021级本科护理学生进行调查,采用半结构式访谈法随机抽取15名护生进行访谈。问卷当场回收,对访谈内容进行记录并提炼主题。通过研究分析发现,增强护生回乡就业意愿的因素主要为:有乡村实践经历、来自贫困市县地区和家乡就业机会多。导致护生回乡就业意愿低的因素是:护生不了解返乡就业政策、家乡医疗条件差、对学校的政策接受条件不良。差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。质性研究提炼出3个主题,分别为乡村实践经历、学校目前政策推广渠道效果、传统户籍观念,其皆能影响护生返乡意愿。通过调查发现,虽然学校在返乡就业方面已经做了一定的宣传,但基于此背景下,本科护生返乡就业意愿仍处在较低水平。院校应根据不同原因,采取相关措施,以提高护生返乡就业意愿。The study investigates the employment intention of undergraduate nursing students back home under the background of village revitalization,knows its influencing factors,and provides reference for the improvement of employment intention of undergraduate nursing students back home in medical colleges.The study adopts revised questionnaire to investigate 345 nursing students from 2019 to 2021,and adopts semi-structured interview to randomly select 15 nurses to interview.The questionnaire is recycled on site,and the interview content is recorded and refined.Through analysis,it is found that the factors of the improvement of employment intention of undergraduate nursing students back home are rural practice experience,and more opportunities for the employment in poor regions and villages.The factors causing low undergraduate nursing students are that nursing students are not familiar with back home policies,weak hometown medical condition,imperfect acceptance of policies from the schools,with statistically significance difference(P<0.05).3 themes are extracted through qualitative research,i.e.rural practical experience,effect of current policy promotion channel at school,and traditional census register all can influence the willingness of nursing students back home.Through investigation,it is found that although schools does certain publicity on back home employment,undergraduate nursing students’back home employment intention is at relatively low level.Schools should adopt related measures according to different causes,to improve employment intention of undergraduate nursing students back home.
