摘  要:基于CDIO理念,对锅炉课程设计的研究性学习进行探讨。根据课程现状对课程目标进行设计,以培养应用型人才为目标,调整课程教学方式,使学生能够在教师的指引下通过相关软件进行自主学习,解决一些锅炉设计中存在的问题。在教学方式设计过程中,要注重理论联系实践,引入现代化教学手段,根据市场需求优化锅炉结构布置方式,培养学生的创新意识。分析了创新设计所取得的成效:可以较好地提高学生的学习积极性,在计算出各设备的进出口参数后,能够直观地表达出不同设备之间的连接关系,得到了100%THA工况下各受热面的主要参数。锅炉课程设计的研究性学习模式能够使学生更好地了解专业知识,培养学生的创新设计能力、自主学习能力、思考能力和探索精神。Based on CDIO concept,the study explores the research learning of boiler course design,designs curriculum objective according to the present situation of the curriculum,adjusts curriculum teaching mode based on the objective of applied talent training,to make students learn related software independently under the guidance of the teachers,and solve some problems in boiler design.It is suggested to focus on the combination of theory with practice,introduce modern teaching means,optimize boiler structure allocation according to market demands,and train students’innovation consciousness in the design of teaching mode.Then the study analyzes the efficiency of the innovation of the design,i.e.better improving students’learning initiative,intuitively expressing connected relations among different equipment after the calculation of the import and export parameters of all equipment,and getting the main parameters of heated surfaces under 100%THA working condition.The research learning mode of boiler course design can make students better know professional knowledge,train students’innovation design ability,independent learning ability,thinking ability and exploration spirit.
